¿Quién puede proponer un grupo de trabajo?
Cualquier grupo de 2/5 personas, preferentemente con alta frecuencia de conectividad, para una mejor coordinación general. También pueden presentar una candidatura de grupo de trabajo entidades, grupos de investigación ya formados, etc., pero, en cualquier caso, la responsabilidad de la coordinación recaerá en las 2/5 personas indicadas. Serán especialmente bien recibidas las propuestas de Grupos de Trabajo de equipos de coordinación del I o II Congreso online del OCS.

To whom we focus
Due to the transcendency of the positions, questions and implicit reflections in the editorial line and in each one of the working groups, we believe that in order to obtain trustworthy answers around the topical frames around this event, it is indispensable the implication of
Academy sector as well as to the Management, Enterprise and Civil Corporation.
By these means we call to:
-Investigators and educational professionals of social, human, and technological sciences to present their reflections, recent investigations and innovations.
-Management and private enterprise professionales to present their experiences and practice.
-Civil society and the citizenship to present their impressions, comments, and experiences about their participation and implication in this new Society of Knowledge.
Papers topics
The congress is structured starting from five (5) Main Topics which gather diverse Working Groups with concrete thematics.
These papers are the Congress'central content, therefore, they will fit and appeal directly to the topic presented by one of the working Groups accepted by the Congress.
Nevertheless, if you do not find a WG adapted for the presentation of your investigation, exceptionally, you can direct it to the Main Topic, and not to a Working Group.
How to submit
Submission will be done, exclusively, from the pages of each one of the Working Groups. It must be used, always, the online submission form that the organization has prepared for this means.
Therefor, papers will not be accepted by e-mail nor by other means that are not the mentioned one.
In the exceptional case of submitting a paper to the Main Topic and not to a Working Group, this procedure also must be done online, in foot of page of every Main Topic.
When they must be submitted
Meanwhile the online paper submitting form is activated.
From the public Call for Papers until November 5th you will be able to send your papers to the Working Groups of the Congress.
