¿Quién puede proponer un grupo de trabajo?
Cualquier grupo de 2/5 personas, preferentemente con alta frecuencia de conectividad, para una mejor coordinación general. También pueden presentar una candidatura de grupo de trabajo entidades, grupos de investigación ya formados, etc., pero, en cualquier caso, la responsabilidad de la coordinación recaerá en las 2/5 personas indicadas. Serán especialmente bien recibidas las propuestas de Grupos de Trabajo de equipos de coordinación del I o II Congreso online del OCS.

The 3rd Online Congress, as stated by its title, is entirely held within the Cyberspace, which constitutes a focal point where thousands of people, interested in the New Technological Information Society, meet and gather together. In spite of this, it does not mean that this event will dismiss the opportunity for closer events.

The I Social Internet Encounter will contribute with a practical and applied vision to the world of the diffusion of ICTs. Activities, workshops, conferences and presentations around Telecenter Nets, in Cataluña and the world, serve to travel towards a more social Internet, as a tool to relate society and territory.

UNED Conference: Ethnography, mediation and the textures of lived social experience

Users has the aptitude to create, edit and distribute their own contents in Internet. Two examples of this new form of online consumption are Flickr and Delicious, two leading companies in the Web 2.0 concept. The Observatory for Cybersociety will offer the possibility of sharing this experience of the hand of their founders, Stewart Butterfield and Joshua Schachter.

Towards a 2.0 culture. COnference on new technologies and cultural creation
